While beginning our work in San Antonio, we are so pleased to now expand our services throughout Texas in cities like Dallas & Houston with many more to come. This is not possible without faithful and giving volunteers like YOU!

Volunteer Opportunities

    H.S Diploma Support Advocate

    The successful candidate must enjoy working with youth and young adults and be devoted to building a nurturing and safe learning environment. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of classroom activities and teaching methods.

    R3 Institute Support Advocate

    The successful candidate must enjoy working with youth and young adults and be devoted to building a nurturing and safe learning environment. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as consistent communication and general technical skills.

    Afterschool Program Assistant

    R3 Excel focuses on equipping in school youth 8-18 for educational and personal
    success through high quality, STEM focused, after-school programming, resources & mentorship.

    We do this through foundational community partnerships including Opportunity Home, Enhanced Residence Services & the Juliette Fowler Youth Support Center.

  • Food Distribution Volunteer

    Food Distributions happen monthly and serve hundreds of families! This is a huge need. Volunteers should be available on Fridays from 8am-3pm.
